In this episode of Believe in the Good podcast, I had the absolute honor of sitting down with the one and only Danica Patrick—yes, that Danica Patrick! She’s not only an icon in the racing world, but she's also boldly carving out a new lane for herself, and I loved getting to hear her heart. We talked about everything from her transition out of NASCAR and into the world of political conversations (she’s interviewed everyone from Tucker Carlson to Tulsi Gabbard and even Donald Trump!) to how her deep love of country was shaped by her upbringing and her time on the track.
Danica also opened up about her health journey—she’s seriously a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness, recovery tools, and all kinds of holistic hacks (hello, hyperbaric chambers and EMDR therapy). We even got into her dating life and what she’s looking for in a partner, plus how her spirituality has evolved over the years.
If you’re looking for a workout that actually fits your life (especially as a busy mom!), check out the brand-new Overload 30 program. It’s a 30-day strength training challenge you can do at home—with minimal equipment and maximum impact. I’ve tried it and it’s so good!
👉 Head to https://www.nourishmovelove.com/progressive-overload-workout-plan/ to join the challenge and feel strong, capable, and energized again. Thank you, Nourish Move Love, for supporting Believe in the Good!
This conversation was honest, insightful, and full of those good, grounding moments we all need. Whether you’ve followed Danica for years or you’re just curious to hear a powerful woman speak her truth—we hope you enjoy this episode! 🤍
